APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) (Obligatory) Kindly note that the APA is not the final amount of the expenses as this depends on the clients itinerary , fuel rate at the time of charter and clients request in provisions. The Captain keeps a detailed analysis of the APA and informs the client accordingly .
